The Singleton Gourmand collection offers three 42 Year Old whiskies inspired by the craft and flavours of incredible patisserie.

Malt Master Dr. Craig Wilson pushed the boundaries of secondary maturation and cask layering to evoke the flavours of sumptuous desserts. Each single malt scotch whisky has an opulent flavour that creates a single moment when savoured together.

This collection is a result of Master of Malt for Craig Wilson and his team embarking on a delectable journey in the pursuit of flavour. Through the hand selection of a combination of casks, the ground-breaking length of a secondary maturation, and the careful balancing of flavour in a mixture of stunning individual casks, Craig Wilson opened up a new dimension of flavour for The Singleton.

To celebrate The Singleton’s exceptional Gourmand Collection, Nicolas Rouzard has crafted three bespoke cakes. Each creation has been meticulously designed to harmonise with each whisky’s rich and nuanced character, delivering an immersive pairing experience where every bite amplifies the paired whisky’s indulgent depth. From caramelised crème brûlée, to fig-infused ganache and finally black cherry gâteau, these cakes are a symphony of flavours, textures, and aromas. For epicurean explorers visiting Scotland, the Home of The Singleton of Glen Ord will offer a unique tasting of its signature whiskies alongside a fourth custom-designed cake by Nicolas Rouzaud.
